AMP Customer Voice


AMP Customer Voice is a community exclusively for customers of AMP and our group companies, where you get the chance to voice your opinions about AMP's products and services. This community of individuals have voluntarily chosen to participate in online research studies about various topics related to how they relate to AMP. The community is owned and brought to you by AMP and powered by Vision Critical Communications Inc.                                         
In order to join the AMP Customer Voice Community, you:
1. Click the 'Join now' button on the home page of this site and complete a short profiling survey.
2. Agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and accept the Privacy Policy
We encourage participation in as many studies as you are invited to take. In order to be considered an active member of the AMP Customer Voice Community we ask that you participate in at least three research studies per year.
You will be emailed a unique URL address for each survey. Simply click on that URL or cut and paste it into a web browser of your choice and complete the survey online. Survey length is closely controlled to minimise the use of your time.
You will typically have anywhere from 48 hours to one week to complete each survey.
A brief member profile is the only information required for joining the community. Your member profile will include basic contact information, a few demographic questions and questions around your relationship with AMP. Members who wish to participate in other programs such as focus groups or other special events may be asked to provide additional information.                           
The AMP Customer Voice Community profile information is not distributed to any third party. All information you provide is treated with the highest level of confidentiality and your privacy is guaranteed. Your name will never be sold, exchanged, or distributed to any other party without your express acknowledgement.

You may remain on the community as long as you choose to participate in at least three surveys per year. Members may remove themselves from the community at any time.
Certain study results will be made available to all members via regular AMP Customer Voice newsletters throughout the year.
